Italian Cookies

I make various Italian cookies. Imaged below, you will see Biscotti dipped in white chocolate, chocolate and sprinkled with roasted coconut, chopped almonds and cranberry.

You will also see Ricciarelli, which are a very light but chewy almond flour cookie and lightly citrus flavored.

You will also see assorted Italian butter cookies, filled with raspberry or apricot and dipped in chocolate. Some are sprinkled and some are topped with maraschino cherry.
