This spiced orange cake is amazing. Its nearly identical to my lemon cake actually. Its flavors are reminiscent of autumn so now is the perfect time to make it, again and again! The orange flavors are quite strong on this cake because I use the zest of two oranges and I also infuse the glaze with the skin of an entire orange. Feel free to omit some of the zest to make it more to your liking. The cake is perfectly moist and so tender. If you make this cake, let me know? Hope you enjoy.
